We Are Stronger Together

We Are Stronger Together

We strive to create and live in a community welcoming to all and appreciative and accepting of every human regardless of gender, age, race, religion, sexual orientation or political belief.

If you share these democratic values, please stand with us in rejecting the vitriol which has overtaken so many aspects of our everyday life in these polarizing times.

With our schools, administrators, educators, librarians and library materials under attack, we must stand firm against efforts of censorship and other tactics meant to divide rather than unite; oppress rather than enfranchise.

The Mattapoisett Democratic Town Committee believes Incumbent Frances-Feliz Kearns for ORR School Committee, and Incumbent Ruth Oliver Jolliffe and Candidate William Coquillette for Board of Library Trustees, are candidates who will achieve these goals while taking partisan politics out of the equation.

Let Mattapoisett be the example to the rest of the Commonwealth that we are stronger together than apart.

On Election Day, Tuesday, May 16, 2023, the Mattapoisett Democratic Town Committee encourages you to cast your vote for the best qualified candidates: Frances-Feliz Kearns for ORR School Committee and  Ruth Oliver Jolliffe and William Coquillette for Board of Library Trustees.  These candidates share with us the values of a welcoming and inclusive community for all.
